  • My most recent wildlife photography trip was for Marsh Harrier birds at a nature reserve with lots of other bird and wildlife photography species putting in an apperance such as Lapwings, Snipe, Sandpiper and Pied Wagtail.

    Great to see you back Phil. Get a vid together mate. We know results are hard for Leo but its about the chase and the process, id love to watch it but you know that already lol

    I would recommend Bradford on Avon for Kingfisher as they are very used to people, Westhay near Hamwall would be a great place for Marsh Harriers.

      Thanks for the tips and comment. I'll definately investigate more about Westhay! Im aware of Bradford on Avon but I know it's a photographer's hotspot so it's not really my thing, I usually prefer to be alone.

    Can recommend Collins Bird Guide to birds of Britain and Ireland. I had the same issues identifying birds at Slimbridge
