WWE: WrestleMania 40: Should Sami Zayn BEAT Gunther?!

Last nights RAW had some interesting moments didn't it. Nice Cody promo, Ladder match announced and a BANGING Gauntlet match, with Sami Zayn picking up the win of Chad Gable.
This raises a few questions...Was this the right decision? Is Sami Zayn the man to dethrone Gunther? What happens to Chad Gable? Let's talk about these now!

Absolutely not. Sami is my favorite wrestler rn and it would be dumb for him to win. Heck this match happening is just dumb. If Sami wins then it’s just dumb and if Sami looses then it just feels like they fed Sami to Gunther which is just lame. This was Gable’s moment. It’s way more personal for Gable due to his beef with Gunther and he should be the one to dethrone Gunther. Theirs way more story with Gable and Gunther then with Zayn and Gunther.
Sami’s beef and history is with Drew. If Sami is gonna take a title off of someone it should be Drew. How they should have done this is have Gable start out the gauntlet match and run through everyone except for Zayn who comes out last but Drew cost Zayn. This protects both Zayn and Gable but also adds to the beef between Drew and Sami and could lead to when Drew beats Seth at Mania (he definitely should) then Sami can win MITB this year (which is in Canada and Sami deserves a win in his home country after last year) and then have Sami eventually cash in on Drew and take the title from Drew. This would’ve been such a good babyface underdog vs detestable heel and makes the most sense for Gable and Zayn to do this but nope they dropped the ball on this hard.
It doesn’t make sense for Sami’s story to go after a mid card title either. Not only that but Sami has already been IC champ multiple times before and at this point he’s too big for the IC title. He deserves a world title and that’s what he should be going after and winning. Sami and Gunther both deserve a world title but Sami deserves it more. Sami is just the bigger name rn. He was a part of much bigger storylines last year then what Gunther was. I’m not taking away from Gunther at all because he’s been an amazing and dominant IC champ and the longest reign with it and puts on amazing matches (which so does Sami) but when talking about overall storyline Sami beats him. It’s hard to compete with Sami last year. He was literally the most over guy last year (even more then Cody).
And honestly when Gunther loses that IC title (which I think he should’ve lost it if he was facing Gable like he should be) he shouldn’t just immediately be automatically be put in a world title match. They should build it up not hand it on a sliver platter. That makes it more interesting. Let him put someone over like Gable by having them pin him and taking the IC title and then build Gunther up to the world title picture.

She can have her match at Backlash, there's no reason to make Becky vs Rhea a triple Threat match, and ultimately bring down the match quality. Rhea and Becky is possibly the biggest women's match of all time imo just because of their star quality and momentum right now.
No. I want Bron Breaker to dethrone Gunther
Why when Chad Gable is right there? It should be Gable. Bron Breaker just got to the main rooster so I think he shouldn’t get that anytime soon. They need to build him up. Personally I don’t see the deal with Bron. He’s incredibly meh. To me he doesn’t have that look. That like likable look. Sami definitely shouldn’t beat Gunther this match is just super dumb. Sami’s beef is with Drew not Gunther. If Sami is gonna take a title off of somebody it should be Drew.
