Skip the cast iron grill, grab the grill off an old charcoal grill, put it over the gross campfire one, and cook your meat with fire. 100% worth it, flavor so much better.

For the quac, I HIGHLY recommend true lime which is just crystallized lime. Super easy to take camping. It comes in little packets too.
