If I participate in cap round 1 and I get a college and choose for betterment and do not freeze it... Then I will participate in round 2 ... But if I don't like the college which I get in round 2...then would I be able to go back to the college which I got in round 1 ? Please reply

it depends from branch to branch. Plus some classes are good for clat, whereas some other are good for mhcet.
