Hi there, BabbleTop!!! Interesting list. Hong Kong, Austria, and Poland were surprising origins of those items. I'm surprised that so many of these are sweet. Bacon Roll, Bacon Mac and Cheese Toastie, Cordon Bleu, and McKroket would be the ones I'd love to try. Every international McDonald's menu video features the spaghetti from The Philippines. If I made this list, I would replace that with something from the McD menu in India. I'd love to try that McAloo Tikki Burger they have, for example. The very expensive McD menu in Tel Aviv, Israel, looks interesting too, although maybe not bizarre enough for this list.
I loved that clip from Doctor Who with David Tennant tasting something he didn't like. HA!

I've had the Gratin Croquette Burger when I was in Japan December 2019, it was a winter-only menu item and it felt like a holdable mac n cheese that has the crunch of a hashbrown, highly recommended!

What a lot of people don't realize is McDonald's caters to each country and even each province or state. I have had McDonald's all over Canada, USA, Thailand, Hong Kong, Philippines, United Kingdom and a few other Asian countries. Yes they have the main menu, but localized items as well.
