Northwestern University's 166th Annual Commencement Ceremony

Northwestern’s 166th Commencement was held inside the United Center in downtown Chicago on Sunday, June 9, 2024. Commencement speaker Kathryn Hahn ’95 described the 2024 graduates as a “a very special class” namely because many of them missed their high school graduation due to the COVID19 pandemic. In his opening remarks, Northwestern University President Michael Schill also spoke of students enduring obstacles during their time at Northwestern to earn “one of the most valuable assets you will ever own: a Northwestern degree.”
