I just finished doing the happy dance. I made a commitment to myself early May that I was going to watch every one of your CZcams videos because me-New York New York and you-Toronto similar environments. I learned so much from you in your happy yappy way. Yes, I said yappy in the best way. I listen to other people get lots of advice and pick what works right for me but you just kind of make me happy and brave. So I’ve watched every single video as of today. Thank you. You asked if anyone finds the plant chore videos boring. No I don’t because I end up learning so much even if it’s a plant I’m not interested in owning I still learn techniques and I’ve avoided some costly mistakes. My most prized plant is my jungle boogie and she is happy because of what I’ve learned. So woo-hoo and thank you.
I personally love the longer videos. I made it that far. 😊 Theyre great when i first wake up in the morning getting ready for my day .

I think most people will enjoy more videos per week, but only if that's sustainable for you. I think you should publish 2x a week and then make a 3rd video that publishes the week after so you can give yourself a breather just in case you feel burnt out. ♥️
I love the long videos and gobble down your content like a favourite treat every time it comes out so I love 3 videos… that being said, my opinion doesn’t really matter, you do what makes you happy and take all the time you need, your the star is this show so do what is best for you ❤
I’m also a content creator, i say if you are motivated then yes 3x a week is great because you’ll be growing your channel faster. Views will eventually go up. I love your content and I’d be happy to watch 3x a week.

I love as many videos as you can handle! I think it has maybe been down because parents are getting kids back in school right now too. End of summer & just tryin to fit everything in before it gets cold. I'll bet everything goes back up again as soon as the weather starts getting icky for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere!

21:27 I usually watch your videos and catch up the ones I didn’t watch when I do my plant chores ( and long vidéos are perfect👌🏻) !! Sometimes begin a video and I finish watching it later! If you feel tired listen to your body don’t push too hard to get to total exhaustion!

3 vids/week are a lot tho, most youtubers I watch do about 1 long and irregular shorter videos , and that's about as much as I'd keep up with. Also, it's great you want to listen to your audience, but I believe work gets better quality, when it's lead by your need to share stuff. just do as many or as few as you feel happy with personally and then get feedback if it's a comfortable amount for your viewers. :)
From my personal experience, once people like the creator, their main concerns are - "are the new videos still fun/relevant/informative to me?" and "is this creator's approach/vibe still aligned with my preferences?" - if both are yes, then it's unlikely people would flood away just because of a stat :) Good luck finding the balance!
I admire that you film plant chores, sometimes. Filming makes everything take 3x longer, and a 10 minute task will end up taking 30-40 minutes trying to set up camera angles!! Glad that you took 6 hours to do your own plant chores without filming. You need time with your plants ♥️♥️

With propogating using stem cuttings, would a plastic takeaway container work the same way as the plastic cup with clingwrap method? I like the chatty videos but if you feel burnt out then its time to step back and focus on yourself! : )

What media do you plant in?
Everything I do online is already schedule days if not weeks a head because it would be overwhelming to do everything the same day that it needs to be posted. My plant videos are schedule so that all of September and half October is already done. If you can´t stick to a schedule is better to not have one ☺ As a follower I expect you to update the days you´ll say that you will update. If CZcams is your full time job, 2-3 videos a week is not that much. I´m doing 2 videos a week, as well as post on my 3 Instagram accounts every day + stories and update my blog 2-3 times a day. And I also workout at the gym 4 days a week and walk 100.000 steps a week. I don´t want this to come of as "I´m better than you", you know by now how much I like you as a person Kevin and how much I want you to take over the plant community 😘 I just think that you need to plan and schedule everything better. If you use Meta Business Suite you can schedule both your post on the Instagram feed and in your stories. It really helps a lot. If you want to grow on social media consistency is the key. Post the same day at the same time every week and CZcamss algorithm will expose you more. Ofc you need to do what feels best for you. I just wanted to say that you can keep a schedule if you plan everything. And being your own boss it´s really up to you how successful you want to be. You are making amazing content, you explain things so well in your videos, you are funny and not scared to make a fool of yourself to make others smile and you have a lot of knowledge. I really don´t want you to take this the wrong way. English is not my firste language so sometimes I express myself in a way that can be misstaken. I hope you understand that I write this with love and if I could have it my way you would post every single day and the videos would be at least 1 hour long 😉 Lots of love and have fun baking 😘 I will miss you! And I´ve seen all your old videos, so now i don´t have anything to watch like before when you took breaks 😅
