This is the best CZcams video available I've seen for replacing the motherboard with the USB port. I encountered a slight deviation, but it was similar to what you displayed, so it was perfect. Might sound a little nuts, but I sat here puzzled a bit trying to figure out how to put the SIM card back in the phone when I had everything else done. Actually, I couldn't remove the SIM card as was shown on the video because I didn't have the tool. But, upon opening up the case carefully it was evident to be easily removed, but I discovered this by accident and was lucky I didn't damage the SIM card housing. Your fingers obscure the SIM card and housing to know for sure how to put it back in the phone. I played around with it before closing the phone to figure it out since it appears that you can accidentally put it in the wrong way and doing that I'd have had to have taken the phone apart again since the toolkit didn't provide the tool to put into the little hole by the SIM card. And, I got lots of tools, but nothing that small. I suppose I could have used a paperclip, but don't know if even that is small enough for the tiny hole. But, your demonstration was spot on and very very useful and helpful for this endeavor. If you upgrade the video, you might want to show how to carefully open the case it you are unable to remove the SIM card, and might explain why it needs to be removed at the very start. It's not so much as you should remove the SIM card itself, but the SIM card housing so you can open case all the way. This was my first and only attempt to fix a cellphone! Success!
