After finishing last place at my last Rubik's cube competition for blindfolded! Today I sent out to train for hours a day so that never happens again! We got advice from the top blindfolded solvers in the world like

Can u make a video and show how to solve a runic cube I got stuck on step 3
you can see the pain on your judges face on that first comp solve
Yo you do know that cstimer has an option of generating edge/corner scrambles right? You can do this by clicking the left button on the top and changing it to "3x3x3" and then click the right button on the top and scroll till you see "corners only" or "edges only", then your scrambles should be set to one of those
Ahhh dang did not know! Would of made my edge solves look more satisfying when finished 😂

i feel like mostly for edges its better to just use normal scrambles because you still get parity and it looks more normal, youll never see corners solved during edge memo

I can't solve the 3x3 blindfolded but i can solve a mirror cube blindfolded.
I'm about to do the same thing! Have a comp in exactly 30 days. I hope to get a Sub-1 single by the end of this 30day challenge.
(24/8/23). Day-1, Current Average: 5:00mins
(1/9/23), Day-8, Current Average: 3:15 mins
Only been a week but I already seeing some good progress. Hopefully I can be sub 2:30 by next week!
Day-30: On the day of the comp just before my official solves I got a pb of 1:22. But when it mattered the most I triple dnfed 🥲. That was quite devastating so I'm now focusing on other events instead of 3BLD.

My grandson haven't got how to solve a rubik's cube at last year. That's why he cannot solve the rubik's cube. But he almost can solve it!!!!!
If you're actually going to spend a year trying to get good at 3bld you'll probably want to learn 3style, which is about 800 algorithms which is quite a commitment but not as hard as it sounds.
