Hi Hollly,
The TetherGuard Camera Support can be connected on either the Locking side, or the Breakaway side.
The Locking side has a slot that allows the Cable Support to slot into position with an additional magnetic connection. This is the most secure connection type and prevents the TetherGuard from 'breaking away' when the cable is pulled.
The Breakaway relies on a magnetic connection only and is designed to break-away from the Camera Support when the cable is pulled with significant force.
