Your not spraying nitrous direct in intake because boost pipe was disconnect.
You should connect boost pipe and spray nitrous.
By the way 1.9 tdi is bulletproof, you can size but not blowing up !
Car Lover yes mate! I am into the 1.4tdi and they are they same engines but wirh 1 less piston and i really just met 1 guy who blew it up. And it was because he drove into deep water, the engine hydrolocked and he still drove it afterwards 10 miles. Then it blew up
@Car Lover They Should've Hooked The Nitrous To The Intake And Put The Cummins VW Bug On The Dyno With A 20 Gallon Drum Filled To The Top With Diesel And Gave It Hell With Nitous Shots To See How Much More Horsepower It Can Take Before It Blows Instead Of Draining The Oil To Make It Seeze Up And Spraying The Nitrous Into The Intake

My brother has a TDI Jetta that he put bigger injectors, bigger turbo, and a tune and he's pumping out a little over 300 ftlbs. He pulled the head off, saw the cylinders still had there crosshatching and did it with 250k on the clock.

Easiest way to smoke a motor is drain the oil and start it up and add a gallon of interior house paint. Works in 15 seconds everytime!

I have a tdi jetta tune 2 step stage 4 Jeff tune stage 2 south bend over sized injectors lowered into coil overs short throw shifter just one down side hood came up on the high way and shattered the windshield and dented the hell outa the hood

I wish y’all could have slipped the clutch in 2nd or 3rd, lugging the engine at 1500-2000 rpm, and then ghetto fogged it.

if you ever try and blow another diesel , drain the coolant , and leave the oil in it , it will put on about a 15 to 20 min show , and almost always launch part numbers everywhere rather than locking up ...
