Memorisation is part of learning. How we say learning has taken place if u cannot recall what u have been taught. Yes,we need improvement but memorisation can be found in western education. I'm expat teacher and know what am saying.

I agree with her to some extent. It always makes me angry that my 3-year-old is learning to write and even have to do exams at the end of the term. Why can't she enjoy herself playing and being creative at 3? It doesn't make sense to me.
The German educational system is good compared to our Ghanaian system. However, most people in Western countries don't speak well of the German educational system because of how it easily segregates kids at a very young age. To them, segregation ends up killing dreams because some people take a while to be intelligent in life.

Ghana education is not useless ...just need to include practical aspects. If you study in Ghana and continue overseas..... you find things easy. But if there is opportunity to study abroad from youth....go for it.

ghana education is not useless thats a lie. i went to school in ghana and came to the us and i found what they were teaching here too easy due to my education in ghana. It wasnt even challenging enough for me. We just need a few improvements

U are lecturing with just masters degree in Germany but u GH u won't even qualify to teach at the university, even GES would be difficult for you to get with your education .GH education isn't that bad

No, their education system is different. She said Adjunct lecturer. These lectures teach introductory undergraduate or preparatory courses for university entrants. They are not required to conduct research, publish papers or even attend staff meetings; hence, they don't need such higher education certifications to qualify to teach.
