The sidewinder post buff is actually very solid, but the new lmg kit is ass because it lowers dmg and the rof starts real slow like normal, so just bad ttk to start

The implication is mostly that a lot of these body parts are 3D printed, which technically speaking is possible in most cases. The problem arises in cases where these 3D printed or occasionally carbon fiber(?) parts often are incredibly impractical or just wholly unnecessary. Example A: Pistol carbine kits, namely for the COR-45/Glock and Renetti/M9, are modeled after real world conversion kits which are not 3D printed Example B: Pulemyot bullpup conversion. Bullpup PKP conversions do exist, but are designed to use as many existing parts as possible, thus the in game depiction of entirely replacing the receiver, hand guard, barrel etc makes extremely little sense. (See: BF2042’s depiction of the Bullpup PKP) TL;DR 3D printed parts are technically possible but realistically impractical or unnecessary, and just makes for a very weird stylistic choice. Go watch The Frosty 1 and Munancho, Inc.‘s video on the MW3 guns.
