    One of the best guide videos I've seen for beginners. Great workflow with the wizard for easy cases.

    These are great videos - super helpful.
    Has anyone seen guide offset explained? I'm making a custom guide for a custom implant, but you don't really have a choice for a custom guided kit that I know of

    Thank yo u so much for the video. I have a question, I usually work with NeoBiotech implants. What should I do if there is no Neobiotech in the list of Kit Type.

    Hi Mr.Glenn i want to ask you that is it necessary to put metal ring or sleeve (idk) put in gap on the surgical guide ? Whats point of the metal sleeves ? Is it helps to put implant more healty or helping to protect what we design the degrees ?

      @n.coryglenn3814  Před 6 měsíci

      You need them whenever you are guiding a drill that is side cutting or has flutes in contact with the tube because it can chew up the plastic of the guide but if it's a keyless system, there's really no need.

    grat video dr. i have a question please, how can i set correctly the undercuts for my STL model, i try so hard to obtain a accurate surgical guide, but when mi 3d printer (which is a mono x anycubic) finish the surgical guide, that result doesnt fit very well on my 3d printed model.

    • @n.coryglenn3814
      @n.coryglenn3814  Před 11 měsíci

      Thx! Unless you manually set it, the software will automatically set a path of insertion. The one exception is if you've unchecked "remove undercuts" which is only done in advanced mode. You should have a good fit without any modifications so if you're not. I'd check your printer calibration first. Next, I'd check the quality of your STL as it may not be accurate- desktop scans are best, IOS is second, and a CT scan of a model or impression will be least ideal. Finally, you can increase or decrease the guide offset in the preferences but the default of .2 should be best if everything is calibrated properly. hope that helps!
