Hey Papajunk.... Looking good. I like the improvement of the corner bracing. Great idea. You can mention me in your video i do not mind. Very nice work.
This is great. Ive been looking for a solutionand think this would be perfect. How do you keep the tilt fixed? I have a bunch of leftover 1/8" stainless steel cable, beefy eyelets and turnbuckles. I wonder if i could rig something up to hold the panels' angles between monthly adjustments.
I have angle iron braces on the under side. They have five holes to make seasonal adjustments. Because it is balanced it is very easy to make the adjustment.
Do you have a picture of how the panels are attached with the brackets, for some reason having a hard time visualizing that, new to this and have just bought 50 used panels i like this diy ground mount alot Thanks
Making a quick video to show how I mounted them. Your not the only one that ask. Had lot of panel mounts over the years I like this the best so far. Video should be out later today.
@@kevincrawford2027 Thanks for sharing this great design. I am also have problem how to mount that panels with your brackets. Another video with greatly appreciate. By the way, please put the link where we can buy the bracket? The link would very helpful if you could put in the description. I couldn't find it in Home Depot or Lowes. Thank you.
@@kevincrawford2027 I saw it with very clear pictures and details on your mounting video. Now I know how to find it in HD. Thanks and I subscribed your channel.

Looks great
Nice setup
nice work, come build me a couple. This is my favorite version of this style rack. I am going to build 2 just like it. Thanks
It's good to see you scaling up. The design looks well thought out. Does it track N/S for the seasons, or E/W for the days? Hopefully N/S.

Thanks. Sure glad I saw your video. It is so easy to tilt. The corner braces were some of the cut offs. I hated to see the go to waste.
@@kevincrawford2027 I will do that on my very next build... currently building it. Thank you

Hi Papajunk, great design and installation. Simple and works. Do you need to obtain building permit? Thanks
Not here. I'm sure you do in some locations.
Could you explain more on the clips you made to hold the panels down? No Unistrut? Oh, I see the update vid. Thanks
I made a video of that because some else ask. czcams.com/video/Fupy8FQuqd4/video.htmlsi=y7aKEN6TKTUgKI7J Hope this helps.
Where those videos? I like it. I don't see how you put some of the nails in against that middle support.

There is no link where to buy them. They are home made from aluminum angle. @@user713Blvd

Wowwww great work ☀️
Can you share the link how to build one of these 🙏
This is the video that inspired me. czcams.com/video/bjGa7XkOZ0I/video.html
How far does the posts have to be in the ground?
The deeper the the better mine are about 3 feet deep except the last one because of a layer of rock.
How far apart are your posts
About 9 feet. The size of your panels would determine the spacing.
Very nice! Just built something very similar
