I am on disability started at 32 years old now 49 it is called ataxia from OVEFREXPOSURE to xylene (an organic solvent)I am now walking with a walker so seeing the guy in a wheelchair is a major INSPIRATIION. GOD BLESS THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Hello, this is a very great motivational video. I always believe I can't do it, but really I can. Even though I'm only 14… My dream is to become a body builder. I may not be for a while, but I will eventually, just wait.
Keep it up man! Don't give up no matter what others say. I started lifting when I was 16 and 3 years later, just can finally call myself a bodybuilder!
