It happens to the best of us. I decided to jump into being a full time RVer having never owned one before and on my first trip from picking it up in Ca I scraped up the sides of my bay doors on both sides and when I was backing up into my first RV park ever drove over a 4x4 marker and ripped the passenger headlight completely off. Don't worry you will be back at it before you know it.
Hopefully I am beyond those issues, i'm on camper 4 and motorhome 3, but no matter your experience there is always those other vehicles that you have to watch out for as well. Hopefully your luck will get better as you go.
