2nd i had heard that acca only work in off shores unit of big 4 or any other organizations where the work is not that much exposure related and on off shore site bcom from good university can also work without any professional qualifications

If u r not CA Or MBA dont do this course u dont get job simple just waste of money...bcz company's preferred Ca or mba with ifrs..not bcom candidate with ifrs
It's not for MBAs, too.
Also, as I mentioned in the video, it will not help you find a job (except for CAs & CPAs).
This course adds value and helps increase one's salary for someone who already has a job in the accounting field.
Provided their employer requires someone with IFRS knowledge.

@@Bankniftysurgeon CMA USA will serve you better at this point. Possible with full time job and takes less time and money.
