Ugh, I could go on for 10 years with similar stories. Not even joking. I hope your vyepti is approved! Even my vyepti story is a nightmare, lol. i got lost in limbo with my neurologist office for approval for 7mo. Finally approved and after 5mo. it was clear it wasn't working for me. A lot more to that story, but yeah. I so empathize. I wish I could say that's never happened to me, but it has been the same with both me and my Wife so many times. It's definitely gotten worse after covid as well. I'm just grateful for any time the stars align and things go right because it's such a rare thing now. Anyway, so wonderful to see you dancing more and more! Music is so healing. I realized i had completely stopped listening to music in my dark years. It's helped me so much to get back to it and it helps me want to paint more. I know I'll never have the paint all night to music times that i once did, but I'm forging a new path slowly! Sending love and light always!

Oh man I'm so sorry this has been your situation too. That is a long time to have been lost in limbo! I'm so sorry. Seems to be a chronic illness experience. Music is so healing to me and has a powerful effect on my mood. I love that you listen to music while painting. Sending love and light back your way!

Kelly I’m so glad if things don’t sound right you ask and stay in there and fight for yourself. It’s sad that unnecessary mistakes are being made. I guess that’s why we have to stay on our toes and do the right way thing.

Thank you. Fighting for oneself can be hard, but it was so important. I truly think the world of nurses, but this nurse did not seem to have her patient's best interest at heart.

Your service dog is amazing! Is he named Bene? Such a great vestibular guide, picking up things from the ground can be triggering.
With all due respect, what a mess that doctor's office is. I've been in a similar situation before, it's annoying. They don't seem to fathom how stressful can be for someone going trough pain/disease to suddenly change the scheme of treatment out of the blue. It is not a game.
I hope you are doing well Kelly, have a great week!

Thank you! He impresses me every day. Yes his name is Bene. :) It is short for Benevolence. The service dog organization named him. He *loves* to pick things up from the ground too.
Thank you for your empathy. It really is a mess of a doctor's office in so many ways. I think the world of nurses in general, but this particular nurse does not seem to care for her patients or their well being as this is the first of many things she did to make my life stressful/challenging. And I speak up for myself, so my heart hurts for those who may not do the same.
Hope you are doing as well as possible! Hope you had a good weekend!

Even if you were to stop it . I’m sure you can’t stop it cold turkey which it sounds like they were doing to you. Yikes 😬

I could stop these medications cold turkey. But it would mean I wouldn't have the one thing that was helping even a little. All because a nurse didnt' look at my chart.
