Honestly I wouldn't be surprised at all, if this is some boosted/bought acc. These types of players started to pop up everywhere in my games recently. Literally in every game the last couple of weeks there was at least 1 guy boosted out of his mind and would throw the game for one side or another.

As a gold I will say that balls value as a distraction/stalling tool is 10x more valuable than any dps he can do, they can quite Litteraly feed their brains out but that gives you a small window to catch the enemy team all grouped up
