some people complaining about that recoil reduction rail not working and breaking scopes... the first 3 screws on the long part are not supposed to be as tight as the 2 on the rear part..if they are too tight then the rail wont be able to do its job ;) well pointed out! and good video
I have the same rifle and have good results using Crosman Premiere pointed pellets. The factory scope is holding up so, far. I've had the rifle for about two years now. I bought it when the ammo shortage was just starting. I can keep my skills honned without breaking the bank. Gamo makes a sling that slips over the barrel and stock without having to drill the stock. It makes it easier to carry on a long hunt. I purchased mine on Amazon.
I’ve had the same one for a few weeks, bought for similar reasons. I left scope off to get familiar, and love the open sights!! and groups very well. It was hard to cock at first, but got easier after several shots….getting old..lol. I put the scope on and can’t get it to zero, or keep a consistent group. As my eyes are getting old too, I really need a scope, but the open sights are so good, I might just keep it off. Since they are known as scope killers….I’m not sure if I want to invest time and $$ in new scopes unless I learn there’s a good option. It shoots well, and cheap fun to shoot.

You can adjust the clarity of the scope it's in the directions.
Just bought one. Couldn't figure out why the scope wouldn't focus. Thought it was me cause i use readers.
What is a good value scope?
Where did you find the torque specs for the scope mounts?
I agree with the 'Safety' .....not the best position..=)
It is in a strange place and being shaped like a trigger is even worse.
