Hola my beautiful people. Today, I'm excited to showcase a simple yet very swaggy outfit that's budget-friendly of course! The top, a steal at just $12, and the pants, priced at $25, are both from Rainbow. My hat, an Obey purchase from Rag-O-Rama, cost $25. The fanny pack, a fantastic find at the Goodwill, was only $2!
