Did you know that the hands from level 400 might be the skeleton king's arms from level 500 i think that at level 400 the reaper tried to bring the skeleton king to fight you but failed so when you defeated the reaper at level 400 i think he teleported to mystic island, but the reason why the skeleton king didnt used his arms against you becuse they were really injured from level 400...
