Amnesty International investigated and found that as many as a dozen might have been killed extra judicially, 30 were terminally ill from the hospital and bunch of 80 year olds that died if natural causes.
Most of the ones that died under suspicious circumstances were pro-Russian too. So we can guess who did the actual killing.
