i think another great thing is the double-sided main board which slightly changes the position of the senate actions, as well as changes up the 4 level 1 green machines... just more variability which makes a game more interesting. this is my top game of 2023 and I could easily see it climbing into my top 5 games of all time.

I'm very happy that you finally managed to try this game out, after all it is an Essen 2022 game :) I'm a big fan of this game, always happy to play it as it gives you a lot of decision space within a very reasonable playtime with 4 players. Almost makes me wonder what other hidden gems are out there!

Played it once 4-player. We all enjoyed the play and look forward to another go. On first play of a new games like this I usually take a couple of tracks and ignore the rest which fits the game.
Nice ideas splitting the round table discussion from the playthrough, even though with timestamps it’s not that hard to skip the gameplay and go to the discussion part in the full video.

This is a great idea, love splitting out the end of round discussion from the playthrough. Very useful to get a rough idea of how a game works.

Federation was one of my nicest surprises of last year. Really enjoyed it!

Had a try of this on BGA after watching and absolutely loving it
