Avengers: Endgame delivered us one of the greatest conclusions we’ve ever seen. Watching Captain America assemble every single Avenger to rage war against Thanos was truly epic, but what if that all never happened? What if one specific moment happened differently that made it so there was no need for an Endgame? In Avengers: Infinity War, Thor swooped in at the last second and stopped Thanos from snapping his fingers, but because Thor didn’t go for the head, Thanos survived long enough to snap his fingers and change the universe forever.
But what if Thor did go for the head? How would the MCU look if Thor killed Thanos at the end of Infinity War and saved the day? Well, everything would change drastically. We would see a future where not only does Tony Stark survive, but the events could lead him to retiring as Iron Man forever while working with Fury to start SWORD. Captain America wouldn’t necessarily get his happy ending with Peggy Carter, but rather he would continue leading the Avengers and protecting the Earth from new threats. And Thor wouldn’t spiral into a deep depression, but rather embark on a whole new adventure regarding the future of the infinity stones. Yes, that means potentially no Fat Thor!
And besides these characters, what would Phase 4 look like overall? How would Spider-Man, Captain Marvel, Black Widow and Hulk be affected by this? Well that’s what today’s video is all about! Nicely put. It wouldn't have worked. It doesn't matter where you aim. This isn't a story about Thor aiming for the heart instead of the head. That misses the whole point of the scene and it misses the point of *why* Thanos told him to go for the head.

I do like the idea of Thor being the one to find a way to hide the stones especially because it would be a bit of family legacy as it was his grandfather and his father that hid infinity stones (the reality and space stones respectively)

Old villains would come back as tony didn't snap all of the evil people out of existence. You could expect people like Ultron, Thanos, and even older villains like abomination and the mandarin.
I actually think Thor might still be depressed and more reckless because he's thor and he will probably blame himself for what happened to half the Asgardians, Loki, and Heimdall. Maybe thor will try to bring them back and cause chaos. There are endless possibilities here mine is just one.

@@deannahenry8925 Nova could be the only person left from the Nova Core and in the attack from Thanos he harnesses some power from the weapons from Thanos’ intergalactic tech and the power stone to give him his powers, or something like that. Very much possible and same with Miles, but squirrel girl will more-than-likely never see the light of day.

If they have the stones, they can actually bring Vision back to life the same way Thanos did and there's no need to make Wanda try to bring him back using her powers or the stone
Having Captain Marvel be more of a fun character that works alongside an equally or more powerful character while no doubt facing foes with similar and greater power then them both would be a good idea. Also she should keep her long hair so she may be associated more with the more likable comic version, before the comics went insane with pc propaganda

Has everyone just forgotten what Doctor Strange said in Infinity War? He said out of all the alternate timelines he looked at, only one of them ended up in a victory, and that timeline was the one that played out. This means that if Thor went for the head, it would spiral off into another alternate timeline in which the outcome ended in a defeat, so this video is very incorrect. I'm surprised everyone else forgot about this

Ok to incorporate this you can use the Thor Detour Nandovmovies video, with Drtax telling Thor to cut Thanos's head clean off. That way it is a reference to Guardians of the Galaxy.

So Fury recruits Peter to help Mysterio in defending Earth. Everything goes fine, Mysterio gets EDITH, he reveals his true side, and then he creates problems for Spidey. Just remove Tony's death part. You get Spiderman Far From Home.
