He changed my oil filter just before filming this.
This guy is a pro ! nice work Ely
Oh Gawd those are gonna grow right back down in there...
nothing like a little paper towel wipe to sanitize your instruments.
next video "Treating Infection".
Damn this guy is not wearing gloves and he has dirty hands. WTF?
Juice ...and allll of his 'tools' thrown together in a cardboard box what the dollar store... :/
+Dr. Drake Ramoray Exactly. If not for the patients protection at least protect yourself. Nasty.
+Dr. Drake Ramoray ugh that was the first thing i noticed, where the hell are his GLOVES!!!!!!!! GROSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you Dr. Lev. I loved your video
The guy seem to know what he's doing, nice and smooth. I'd like to see him treating a deeper ingrown nail, these are the early stages. To the gloves-people: did you see any blood?
when treating a patient that utilizes sterile instruments in order to make INCISIONS or CUTTING...you wear gloves. period. Blood or no blood, you could be exposing yourself and the client (not to mention OTHER clients) to PATHOGENIC bacteria and/or viruses!
I just want to know how he got his hands on lidocaine gel that was strong enough to allow him to do this.
I have a early stage ingrown toenail on the big toe left side red it had a infection once but was long gong after that. Now the it self is still In there?? It still has a light red on the toe does not hurt anymore should have it cut? I'm scared of needles and trying to avoid surgery should I just leave it like that?
Anyone know what the blade he is using is called?
Where them gloves at?
Why people film this and why i watch it is beyond me
I watched it because I had it done on both sides of the left big toe. I didn't watch when it was done so I wanted to see just how the doctor did it. He put two shot in the toe first to numb it. I did not feel a thing and even with the pain after it was not numb anymore it was better than it felt before it was done. I just wondered why it was bruised at the cuticle now I see why! LOL!I wish I would have had it done sooner!
LOL I'm the same, searching for these kind of visa quite often. I weird myself out, I don't understand it.. but I find it rather fascinating.
I watch it because I've got this problem and my big toe is even inflamed and had infection in it. I need to do this procedure on my toenail.
Did he only use a lidocaine cream for numbing the area??
why do people dislike this? this is a relaxing video, so peaceful and lovely.
heez a beast!!
he got it done ASAP!!
very nice
He took the most care in not destroying the nail. Most podiatrists just cut a third of the nail out and there's blood everywhere. It definitely took more then two minutes but his skill is unmatched from what I've seen.
יש לי ציפורן חודרנית אצבעות הקטנות יותר איך אני מטפל בזה אני הולך ישר לרופא או אפשר בדרך אחרת ?
i want to c more of his work on you tube plz thx
i have one but it hasnt gotten to the point where i hace to go to the doctor
is it painful?
I do this all the time.
My 2 toe nails, at the base grows into the skin every month or two 2-3 mm deep..
I just soak my feet in warm water for 10 min, than with a small scissor cut as deep as possible on the side of the nail than pull out the hanging nail piece.
Most of the time, grown in nail part comes out also.
Bleeds for a minute or so. No big deal.
Completamente diferente da técnica usada aqui no Brasil, começando pelas luvas que ele não está usando e aqui é obrigatório.
That shit will grow back in 3 months, trust me.
Mike Baker thanks capt obvious. You realize that how nails work Hahahaha nails grow hahah idiot
Early stages if its been there for a long time what u do then doctor
they cut the whole toe off. check out the video " Vandenbos procedure for ingrown toenails ". I puked after watching that.
כמובן! אילו פרטים תרצה לקבל?
tbc I'm impressed
This worked for me
Wait does he have a open sore on his hand?
Ya no hay más de estos vídeos
Good Man, Well done, all you trolls should be ashamed of your nitpicking.
+irene may yeah calling for clean sterile medical equipment in the 21st century is trolling?!
Such hygiene. Much wow!
He's not wearing gloves!!! Ergh!
+Ricky Ostrom Yeah well in Australia, the doctor wears separate gloves for each & every patient if they touch them in a doctor/patient capacity in any way at all.
A steady constant stream of unwell people walking in your door (possibly with unmentioned complications as well) makes you & the next patient a prime candidate for any array of cross-contamination, from head-lice to the most ferocious pathogen.
The risk is just not worth it & I'm sure the first patient to contract something nasty from that doctor would concur.
what is the difference the way of cleaning of the doctors and the manicurist in the parlor ? Should the manicurist wore gloves because dirty shovel.
looks like fun
I had this done on my right foot and I got 8 shots of Lido-cane. I about went through the roof. On a scale of 1 to 10, the pain was about 15. After my toe was numb I didn't feel anything but those shots hurt like crazy.
I have one right now I'm going to the doctors for it tom. I'm scared for the shot
Just looks like relieeeeef
That is not Rush Linbaugh in the background! surgical gloves cost extra..
I go and get pedicures, the first time the lady worked on my in-grown nails. I was like, I am going to meet you outside, and we going to deal with this, but I had to admit it felt different
Let me grab my instruments from this little bin with my bare hands...washed? sterilized?? As a medical practitioner I am appalled and afraid of the resulting infection.
phenol is a last resort as it causes significant damage permanently. I've done hundreds of toenail removals, proper maintenance is the key. You have to keep them clean and cut them straight across to keep it out of the lateral skin folds.
docbones27 thats how you maintain nails so they do not become ingrown? but if they are even slightly ingrown will this maintenance procedure help at all or the nail has to be surgically trimmed?
no, use a local anesthetic like a dental filling. Sedation only if they are freaked out and by sedation I mean a halcion or Xanax.
I had mine removed by a Podiatrist in his office, and after thoroughly following all aftercare instructions, I got a staph infection (staph is naturally occurring on our skin - for those that don't know). When I asked him to look at my toe on follow up (one-week post procedure) he told me the redness, swelling, pain, and heat was from the trauma of the procedure. I ended up "self-diagnosing" an infection after it oozed pus with minimal pressure on the side of my toe (with sterile gloves). I headed to Urgent Care because I was afraid it could be staph and my Dr., was an idiot. It was staph and I ended up taking an antibiotic that will kill MRSA.
Are those tools being sanitized? It does not look like they are. Anyway, no doubt he is skilled.
when know doc it may be ok not have gloves on
I got one of these nasty things and omg it's painful. I was just putting a blanket on and it slightly pushed at my toenail and I almost screamed in pain. :l
yeah, I had mine done and it grew back! worse than ever!
I have an ingrown toenail and i have to get this done
Must be wearing those new invisible gloves!
THANK GOD , this guy knows what he is doing. I had an ingrown toenail and I did the same as what this pedicurist is doing...UNLIKE what I just saw previous to this video: " Vandenbos procedure for ingrown toenails "...they cut off some guy's toe !
I agree I saw the same videos it's just like calm down just cut the nail not the damn toe
gammypage doesn't matter. You don't have to cut the toe OFF...just partial nail :-/ If your finger nails are too long, are you going to cut your finger off? lol
In america and other countries we use gloves
What’s with all the comments about the gloves. When have you gotten a pedicure where the pedicurist wore gloves? He’s not a doctor people. Learn nail standards. There are no laws that gloves need to be warn during a pedicure. There’s no open wounds or medical procedures being used.
Skilled in what he did yes, but the problem will just reoccur to be the same (or worse) in my opinion in 2 or 3 months. I find that if i create a space down the nail sulcus (groove), the flesh soon fills the gap so that there is less space in the future as the nail regrows! Gloves and sterile instuments recommended.
Its happening to me I am tension
i wanna see this guy, needles in my toe nerves scare me..ouch
50 years experience pedicurist against zero years experience pedicurist with negative comments.Ely Lev wins on TKO everytime....
hahahaha 2 min yet the video is 6min lol
wp focus
WHERE ARE THE GLOVES
Early stages? Don't know how the pain didn't get to her/him way b/f this.
Wow
Where are your gloves ,Dr.?
where's his fn gloves
Uhm ... So he cuts the nail exactly how you SHOULDNT cut them ... Weird an extremely unproffesional
I wonder what they're saying.
הוא מוציא לה את הציפורן חודרנית (אחד הדברים הכי כואבים שיש) והיא מדברת בטלפון לא יכלה לחכות עשר דקות ???
glove much?
I had my ingrown toenail removed (both sides of my right toe) only for it to come back
unfortunately they more often than not come back even after having them surgically removed. Regular pedicures can help prevent their return. :)
If you observe this is a pedicurist and his hands are clean, is not a doctor so is not necesarry to wear gloves. He can do it or not is his desicion, as his hands and tools are properly cleaned. all was he was doing is preventing her to have an ingrow toenail.
I've had this done, the ingrown for me is much deeper than that
Shoot, didn't that hurt??
what the fuck is this!!
No gloves,, no sterile field of procedure!!
I had a pedicure today at a nail salon.I'm sure I''ll have to have my thick toenail removed someday.:(
it says in 2 minutes the video is 6 minutes
I had this done twice even had infection in both big toes felt better afterwards
stupid er doctor removed half a my toenail a while ago yep it came back with some friends too
My guess, most CZcams "experts" would say things like, no gloves, or improper procedure
OMG I'm scared
Why am I laughing I just watched a painful way and all you have to do is this.
Wear gloves God dame it
No usa guantes😨😨😨😨😨
+trimere 2%6 is three their are three sides of the triangle illuminati confirmed
He should of worn gloves and he cut her nails way to short and even cut a piece of her skin of the corner of toe so now she has an open wound and he also should of put some form of collagen oil on at the end to help healing and promote healthier nail bed, id never go to that quak
why would you think that applying 'collagen oil' to an open wound as you call it, would be beneficial? You hoping for a NEW problem or just .....not well informed about "wound care" ?
Where is your gloves man !!!!
I don't get why everyone is saying his nails are dirty. They are clean. He has one finger that the nail is damaged. Are people that dumb?
Seriously, the skin on her feet and her toenails have a distinctive yellow tinge as in jaundice. They're both under the same light and the contrast between his skin and hers is very noticeable. There is no blood but I hope there is no jaundice. He needed gloves.
People who have nail fungus.. and almost EVERYONE does,... as they age... their toenails turn YELLOW... Yes, he needed gloves. I've had this done and it hurts like crazy if NO numbing shot first. (novacaine.)
Red nail polish turns nails a yellow tint.
OMG I cant watch
To
Pedicurists should never ever be cutting the sides of your nails. They will ruin them for life. Even doctors should not remove ingrown toe nails. That will stop an infection, but it will end up making ingrown nails much worse, and chronic. It will force them to grow inwards and sideways much further up the nail bed.... The best thing to do is difficult, but.... Daily clean and soak the toe. Stop infection and pain with antibiotics. Let the nail grow past the top of the toe, even if it takes years. Once it is long, cut flat across toe nail flat, and never cut too short again.
My pedicurist caused my ingrown toenail. Doc took way too much of it off and I'm left with 1/2 toenail for life. This was years ago. So pissed.
Sue Pete Yeah. It's really a shame. Pedicurists, and even doctors should not remove / cut into the sides of a toenail (or remove it). They should prevent / treat infection, and leave it alone. But there is hope. Mine suddenly seems to be growing kind of normally after it was removed, 30 years ago. Of course a pedicurist just destroyed the other normal one forever.
Jack FnTwist At least there's hope for me in another 25 years. lol Live and learn, I guess. Sorry you've dealt with this too.
i have mine removed by a doctor. He pulled the whole nail out and it grows inwards but i cut it myself now its back to normal..
I feel like everyone stole the “new” technique from this guy
Shouldnt he be wearing
gloves??
He repairs transmissions in that shop too
Lmmfao
