My only suggestion would be to try a slightly darker eye base (closer to your skin tone) as below the brow/above the eyeshadow looks a little bit stark and light ❤️
Using a lighter eye base allows the shadows to pop off more and show more pigment

I have that same muscle that moves on my left eye I can lift my left eyebrow by itself but I can’t lift my right eyebrow for shit like even if I’m looking in the mirror it looks like my skin/muscles like they will not even move but my right side, nothing. It’s super aggravating
