In this broken world of trouble, the Blood of Jesus Christ flowed so that you could have redemption. In this broken world of trouble, the Blood of Jesus Christ flowed so that you could praise Him. In this broken world of trouble, the Blood of Jesus Christ flowed so that you could have faith. In this broken world of trouble, the Blood of Jesus Christ flowed so that you could have victory. I'm Zulu. I grew up singing this song. Pronunciation is important because some words are similiar and you end up saying something totally different from the intended meaning, like what I see here. Otherwise, lovely!

I’m English, but my best mates are a South African couple, and they introduced this song to me a few years back. It’s beautiful, inspiring and uplifting. Not sure it’s a peace song though? Unless they sing different verses? The verses my friends and their family sing are more like protest songs, and all the better for it 👍

Irrelevant pronunciation? Pronouncing is KEY and very important because it gives meaning so we can understand the message, without that we wonder and guess what is being said, also can be seen as disrespectful. While I can appreciate the effort, it’s very disingenuous to disregard the importance of pronouncing the words right, that’s the fabric of the language.
