Wow!!! You have no idea how this healed me. I had a severe panic attack that elevated my heart rate. I h got checked out with ambulance and grate elevate but other signs were normal along with ekg. I started to calm but it was still elevated. I did this mediation and boom it brought back to normal for my resting hrate thank you!! Thank you!! God bles!!!! I will save this 🙏❤️
