Please do you bead on the fabric before sewing or you bead on the sewn dress

@@hildahammond6810 both ways, but it is better to bead after sewing that way the fitting of the outfit is done, and the beading won't be altered during adjustment.

Yes you can, just make sure the tulle is not over stretched.
