Fashion Blogger Marries Her High School Sweetheart. Absolutely Precious!! | Maddie + Sam

- “Whole heartedly selfless.” “Genuinely kind.” “Extremely thoughtful.” “Incredibly hardworking.” “As loyal as they come.” These were the words that we kept hearing being used this past Saturday by SO MANY people to describe the character of both Maddie + Sam. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I can specifically remember one moment when their sweet photographer, Melanie Mauer, asked Maddie’s mom (moments before helping her slip into her beautiful wedding gown) what Maddie was like as a baby. With tears in her eyes, she said “she was just...so...so GOOD. It’s just who she is and who she’s always been. I don’t know how I got so lucky...” To which Melanie responded, “she knew what she wanted to be and she became it.” Those words stuck with us throughout the rest of the day as we filmed Maddie + Sam, getting to witness their genuine goodness on display, shining through every single fraction of their day. ⠀

Whether they were being troopers in the pouring down rain (seriously you all, TROOPERS, these two...the rain did not want to let up), loving on their sweet black lab, Bowman, dancing with all of their friends on the dance floor, or being loved on by the hundreds of people who came to celebrate with them.You know those people who just bring so much LIGHT to the world? Maddie + Sam are two of those people + we're so grateful they allowed us to capture that light for them on their sweetest day.

I literally started crying , I pray to God every night and morning that me and my boyfriend will have this happen to us. We are only seniors in high school but I have known him since the 3rd grade and best friends since the 7th grade . I think he is the one and I always pray this will be us because I can picture being with anyone else
