Today we're checking out the revolutionary open world title, Grand Theft Auto 3! I apologize if the audio sounds off. Had to record these lines in away from home during a California fires.
3:58 DISCLAIMER: I would not recommend doing this glitch, as it might make playing taxi missions impossible to play, as you can't trigger the taxi mission via pressing the corresponding key. Tried this on the PS4/PS2 version of GTA 3, broke the mission entriely.
I remember there was a glitch in Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas that when you shoot somebody and you explode their head for some reason they stay frozen like that with their heads exploded and it looks really disturbing
GTA III was my very first video game. I was three years old and my mom and aunt who lived with us worked at a company called Starwood. They had a raffle of some sort and my mom ended up winning an Xbox that came with two games GTA III and GTA Vice City(vice city broke though for some reason). At the time I had an obsession with Hot Wheels, cars and anything that basically had to do with racing. So when my mother her friends and my aunt tried the games out and found that they had cars that you can just freely drive around my mom let me play the game thinking that I wouldn't understand the rest of it. From there I played it almost every single day, just driving around the city and causing a ruckus. Eventually I realized the game had weapons and that I can kill the npcs in other ways then just running them over. And just like that I was stealing handguns from cops and using them for my ridiculous killing sprees. Then one day I found a shotgun pickup near one of the apartment buildings in the Diablo gang territory. I used the large gun on a random car on the road them BOOM!!! In just two shells the car burst into flames and exploded in a fiery Blaze. Over time I would discover more hidden weapons, gameplay mechanics, and secrets such as the car crusher and the car dealership with the Banshee behind the glass that you had to shoot out. But the greatest discovery of all was the missions. When I was five years old I realized the game had an actual story with missions. I would get to the mission where you had to beat up a drug dealer with a baseball bat for a car mechanic guy with connections to the Mob. Unfortunately though my greatest discovery would also be my downfall. My mom had saw the progress that I made in the game. She saw how much I learned about being able to shoot people, find weapons, the story, and some of the other things in the game that we were a little inappropriate for a 5 year old boy. So seemingly out of nowhere as I was telling her about the progress they made in the game story she took the game away. I was deviated, I had played that game so much and felt like I was just getting into the real meat of it and it was just taken just like that... For the next several years I would not be allowed to play any Grand Theft Auto game, for years I would beg my mom to just let me play the game again using arguments like but "Call of Duty is violent" or "(insert game) is also violent" excetera. None of it worked. Fast forward to when I was 11 and I was doing good in school and generally just becoming more mature. I was sitting on my couch playing Xbox 360 looking for all the games that I had and was just generally bored of just about everything. Then I came across my original copy of GTA III. With nothing better to do I decided that I would at least try to ask if I could just play the game again. I asked if I could play GTA 3 again but so as long as I skipped every single cutscene in the game. And I had finally gotten the answer that I never thought I would ever hear again...."Yes" God damn I was so excited to play a game that came out like 12 years ago! (i was 11 in 2013) I didn't even actually have to skip the cutscenes! From there I was once again hooked again, blasting through the missions and even using cheat codes I didn't even have access to way back when. It was fucking awesome! Before you know it I was getting really close to the end of the game. But then I discovered another game...gta 4. I loved gta 4. in fact I loved it so much that I ended up completely abandoning and forgetting GTA III all together. And when I eventually got my hands on 5 it was just a repeat of what happened previously. But now I am 17 years old about to be 18 in about half a year. Lately I've been so jaded towards Modern gaming and the shity business practices and greed from once legendary developers and publishers. For the past couple of years I've been revisiting old games and systems I used to play on such as Mega Man X on SNES, or mario kart wii on well...the wii, and even call of duty world at war which is still one of my all time favorite games. But the one game that I have been unable to revisit is ironically the first game ever touched. With my xbox 360 in shambles I have no way to play it. I could of course get it on my laptop but again it's a laptop and not that great. So that's why im going to be buying myself a modded original Xbox with a bunch of built-in emulators. Not only will I be able to play all the classic games I could ever want and even play xbox titles I missed out on (MechAssault, Deus Ex Invisible War, Crimson Skies, black, Forza Motorsport, and a ton of others) but I'll even get to play GTA III after all these years.
Great story. I've never been the biggest GTA III fan due to the limited clothing items, shops, lack of aircrafts and motorbikes and its soundtrack which I'm not so keen on, but it's great to hear that you getting into video games early on in your life, like I did, has enabled you to appreciate the brilliance of and the work that went into sixth-generation video games from the developers.
There's also the easy money glitch. In Portland, go to Kurowski Station in Chinatown and wait. It's best to do this with a new save so you don't get attacked by Triads, anyways, as you wait at the station, it will soon get filled up with pedestrians and it will cause some to fall on the tracks. The train will arrive and kill the ones at the tracks. This is where the bug begins, since pedestrians are programmed to approach newly dead corpses, they will run into the train and get crushed themselves, dropping money for you to pick up. The cycle will continue as more and more approach the dead pedestrians and get squished themselves.
There's actually a glitch in Saints Row that if you drive a car into your garage when it's on fire and before exploding and you exit the car before the car exploding for some reason the car will not explode when the garage door closes and then after that select the car that you put in the garage that was going to explode and when you drive the car anything you touch the car would automatically just explode I think the glitches called One Touch
There is a similar Saints Row (SR1) glitch I found repair your car in your garage as fast as possible the the car won’t be repaired and touch something your head explodes
with the no-boundaries car glitch, the car will only grow if you attempt to clip through or into another car. falling through the map resets the size of the car. and once you clip through a car and make the car bigger, it's hard to park it in a garage without it falling through the floor
Theres also a camera glitch that can occur at the Staunton Construction Site. If you go to on of the corners under the construction and point the camera upwards, then the camera just goes up into the sky and only stops if you leave the construction.
If you angle a car next to a wall, turn up the speed up time cheat (where everyone moves fast) and sprint into the wall and car, you can go through just about any wall, as long as it has a corner and you can make a triangle with your car.
If you equip the uzi and tap x and r1 repeatedly at the same time while running down the sidewalk the camera will sometimes go far away from you. This doesn’t work after you get the infinite stamina
i never played gta 3, my first was gta san andreas then gta liberty city stories and vice city stories........missed a bit of the hype haha edit: nice vid als always mrssaints ;)

you forgot the replay mega jump glitch(W+JUMP+JUMP+replay+stop) (need pc version of the game) (keep in mind if you do it on flat land mostly you gonna die so do it from a hill or from the edge where you could jump off.) now record a replay (no matter how long, press F2 to start and F1 to stop.) now you press W and never let go of the button, jump once and as soon as you hit the ground jump again and quickly press jump again and almost at the same time press F3 and then press F1 and it should boost you really super far it takes few minutes to master this glitch, it took me about 10good minutes and i could nail it my every try.
When I was a kid playing gta 3 with my cousin ...we where playing watching each other play ...as I was playing we was messing around having fun ...I drive on the train tracks and then drive into an on comming train ...the train hit my car and it sent me flying the car was a ball of flame and I was able to control where I flew in the air ..I could see a very different looking map that I've never seen like it sent me into another time zone completely hahahha I haven't been able to replicate it again after I first did it but holy shit that was halarious. ..when it happend me and my cousin starting laughing our ass off instantly lolol I haven't seen any video on CZcams that shows what glitch happened lol
there's a mountain glitch near the blocked tunnel in SHORESIDE VALE near the dam if you try to walk to the top of the mountain on foot CLAUDE glitches out & the game freezes if you drive a car the car falls through the mountain and then CLAUDE DIES
