    If you do get a new round baler stick with claas we used to have a John deere with same feeding system and don't get me wrong it does work. The claas just works better hay doesn't get thrown back out the baler.

    What gear do you run the 4710 in when you are round bailing?

      In the 4710 generally 6L or 1st high on the 5445 I run 3A or 3B sometimes 3C

    Round bale sells for how much on average.

      memyselfand ifarmer depending on type of hay, I’ve seen anywhere from 30-50 for a 4x5 net wrapped bale. If you sell something like alfalfa for horse people, you can get even more.
