Sahil is one of the top expect in fundamental so dont judge him with one year invest. If you want to invest for 6 months to 1 year go for technical analysis. 👍
Polyplex price is regularly falling for last few months...Is there any issue with the company... Whether every fall in this scrip is providing opportunity to buy more shares and average out cost of holding..
@@sandip5425 the rental yields in India are less than outside India, you have to pay maintenance charges every year which gets deducted from the rent, there is no insurance if property is not rented then investors loose money and it is very hard to exit.
