Thank you, such a lovely comment! We know that food preferences are about as varied as the number of people who eat LOL - and although we like to throw a meal in when we do a staycation, it's not really the focus of the video.

You two outdid yourselves. My wife loves the Wynn. Before the shutdown, the Wynn offered us 3 nights for free. Couldn't make it then. Hope they offer us this again, once the Strip is up and running. Wynncore is the finest resort in Vegas in my opinion and one of the best resorts in the world. The attention to detail and relaxed, whimsical luxury makes walking in to the resort like walking in to another world. I always love my stays there and have one booked for October. You all make some great videos!

I am VERY late as I originally watched last year. Rewatched tonight as missing Vegas and only just realised its Brandon sitting there! My husband and I are a tad too obsessed with The Killers and cannot believe we didn't spot him first time round! Scrolled way too far for someone else to spot him too.

I just wanted to tell you how absolutely thrilled I am to have watched this vlog. I live in New Jersey so I frequent Atlantic City quite often and Ocean Casino Resort is my resort of choice. I am a Black Card Holder and as such through their rewards program, I was able to get two complimentary nights at the Encore which I will be staying on August 2-4. I initially booked my stay from May 24-26 but my reservation was canceled due to the shutdown but I called a week ago and to my surprise, they were able to honor my previous reservation. Thank you for the walkthrough of the property because now I have a better idea of how to plan out my stay here. I also upon checkout have 3 complimentary days at Bellagio and I am looking forward to my stay there as well. I just subscribed to your channel and will be checking out your other videos as well. What a beautiful resort! My husband and I just walked through there on our last visit to Las Vegas. I’m glad they made you feel so comfortable! All of your meals looked amazing! You really can’t beat Las Vegas food and hospitality. We have a cruise booked for the end of August but if it gets canceled, our back up is to come to Las Vegas! 😊

Thank you for coming along with us on this adventure! :) As for the fish...these are weird times, and weird things are happening, all due to a germ we can't see - not excusing anything, just relating a story as it was told to us. The moral of our story was to illustrate the can-do attitude of the guard who saved them.

Greetings from Saigon where I am watching this very pleasant video. Your staycation is incredible value for such a beautiful room and setting. Thank you for sharing this experience. Lord knows when I will be able to get back to Vegas. We have had no community spread in all of Vietnam in over 60 days but to have that comfort no one is allowed in or out of the country for tourism purposes. Had a great dinner buffet at the Wynn in 2016. Loved it. Ps. That breakfast credit would had me fed 50 days the year of my first visit to Las Vegas in 1975 when the breakfast buffet was 99 cents!!

We feel deeply for all the nations around the world that are still on severe lockdown - it is not the human condition to be confined, and you must be having a hard time with it all by now. Oh goodness! I've been waiting for this one! You did not disappoint. Today is Monday and we will be checking in a week from today for our 3 night getaway. We can't wait. We have reservations at Sinatra's on Wednesday evening and Wazuzu for Tuesday. Monday we're holding open in case the buffet opens as planned.

Because the costs are so high and travel is difficult now, we haven't been to Vegas since we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary a few years ago just prior to the Covid pandemic so your videos are the perfect way for us to refresh our love for that fantastic city. Although our favorite hotel is the Palazzo, we enjoy learning so much from you about each destination you vlog. We visit the Bellagio conservatory each time we are in town, but we don't do the research to learn about the displays the way you do. To quote someone we know, "A big thumbs up" for what you do.

Paula & Dale: As always, a fun and informative video! The protective measures being put in place are reassuring. However I need to subject myself to the confines of a plane trip to get to Vegas. Thanks for including prices in the video as well as the description box. One thing about you being locals, a one or two night stay in a higher-end room is easier to pull-off than those of us traveling some distance. Plus since you can visit The Strip anytime, you can spend more time in your room should you choose, as opposed to many of us who only use the hotel room for sleeping.
All very valid and true points, yes. We have not yet attempted to fly anywhere, and likely won’t for a while yet. But being locals, we do have choices to slow down and relax, that a visiting vacationer might not - wanting to squeeze everything in lol...

Thank you, glad you liked it. 😊 That was truly one of our best hotel stays ever! As for the nighttime footage - there was no balcony, so you are shooting video or photos out the window, at night, and the results are not usable, unfortunately. We do try!

Dudes! Your video is awesome! Your music, your pans, your cuts, your zooms. Do you teach video production? Your narration is mesmerizing! My favorite scene is the oatmeal, "it's too beautiful to eat!", and then the scene cuts away never showing her eating it!

Dale gets all the credit for the camera work (he loves to pan), the editing, what he chooses to zoom in on, and the music as well (professional musician).
