There is no magic potion 🙌🏼🔥 I learned to heal/get over my ex and it happened when I did the work. I spent time with God, I said affirmations, I started a journal and I got the KNOWLEDGE (Tony 😆). Over time ... the healing happened and I was able to free myself. It’s not easy but it’s SOOOOO worth it ♥️🙌🏼🙌🏼
Things that helped me: - work on a hobby/passion - remember WHY it didn’t work out vs the good stuff/representative - Think of where you’d be if you didn’t move on in 5 years - Block him on everything, including social or change your number if you have to. It’s possible. You feel stuck and then one day you’re thanking God you got away 😂😭💜

I think it was a bad thing to do but yesterday I texted him that some of his action were abusive and it made me depressed and this is why I had to leave. I also asked him to block my number and delete it (I also keep him blocked and deleted but I never forgotten his phone and sometimes unblock him to block him again...)

I am witness to everything Tony is saying in this video. I took ever step he mentioned and that is how I freed myself from my ex. As I was healing, God started revealing things to me about my ex because I was ready to accept it. "The truth shall set you free". Do the work and be patient with yourself. It took some time but you'll get through it.
Real talk. As you hear the wisdom and advice from the videos and see bits and pieces of your situation, you'll feel yourself detaching from the fool in your life. Your "ego" or bad habits may resist this process but if you keep doing this you will notice yourself thinking "Hunh? What did I ever see in him?" He might not even be physically attractive anymore. You'll also notice that when you think of him or engage with him again that your emotions will be different. He'll feel more like a former classmate or someone from the street rather than a "loss". The more you invest in your education, i.e. videos, the faster you'll get over the guy without moving into your old patterns of taking him back or replacing him with an "identical twin".
I shared one video of your called "man to man" or something similar to that with my 18 year old last weekend and he's been binge watching you ever since. He is very intellectual and a real thinker. I was or I’m going through a similar situation but because of this situation as well as being confined indoors because of C19, I’ve started a blog/website, a second Instagram page focused on knowing your worth, started a CZcams channel, a podcast, relaunched my book and writing a second book & go to the gym 4 times a week! I am not playing anymore or sleeping on my dreams or potential. I want to successfully graduate from the Tony Gaskin’s Real Love academy as valedictorian majoring in the 3 Bs (Brain, Brand, Body) & steering clear of all 🚲 ! Breaking a soul-tie is hard but you have to do the work each day...you have to get up and do the work..its that simple and easy you must be committed to the process and for me I was determined to move on, heal, grow and get the knowledge because I did not want to make the same mistakes in the next relationship and I knew that if I remained bitter and angry it would be hard for God to bless me. Also, ladies lets be real...if a man is still able to contact you it is because you are allowing him to do so bc the door is still cracked open. 🤷🏾♀️shut the door all of the way and block that man on everything sis! He no longer deserves to have access to you.
I am witness to everything Tony is saying in this video. I took ever step he mentioned and that is how I freed myself from my ex. As I was healing, God started revealing things to me about my ex because I was ready to accept it. "The truth shall set you free". Do the work and be patient with yourself. It took some time but you'll get through it.
Real talk. As you hear the wisdom and advice from the videos and see bits and pieces of your situation, you'll feel yourself detaching from the fool in your life. Your "ego" or bad habits may resist this process but if you keep doing this you will notice yourself thinking "Hunh? What did I ever see in him?" He might not even be physically attractive anymore. You'll also notice that when you think of him or engage with him again that your emotions will be different. He'll feel more like a former classmate or someone from the street rather than a "loss". The more you invest in your education, i.e. videos, the faster you'll get over the guy without moving into your old patterns of taking him back or replacing him with an "identical twin".

Wow! Had to pause this video because as Tony was talking I’m literally listening while writing a blog post. I was or I’m going through a similar situation but because of this situation as well as being confined indoors because of C19, I’ve started a blog/website, a second Instagram page focused on knowing your worth, started a CZcams channel, a podcast, relaunched my book and writing a second book & go to the gym 4 times a week! I am not playing anymore or sleeping on my dreams or potential. I want to successfully graduate from the Tony Gaskin’s Real Love academy as valedictorian majoring in the 3 Bs (Brain, Brand, Body) & steering clear of all 🚲 ! Thanks again Tony, your words are not falling on deaf ears but it’s definitely needed

The reason I listen to listen and loyal, is because since I have been listening to him, I have experienced 99.9% of what he says about men. I totally admit this. When women ask me who I listen to and why, I say, cause I have gone through what he's talking about, 💯💯💯💯. Thank you for my life change!

I have learned from watching you Tony that I had to cut my ex off completely everything blocked phone and social media. And we have kids together but I refuse to have direct contact because I had the Dummy Award waiting 16 years for the man I had 3 kids with to stay who he has always been. your videos are a God send. I came on this video devastated because i immaturely block this boy a couple months ago and i went to search for his snap but couldn't find it bc he blocked me too. Now im looking at my mess and feel so inspired to clean it up. But then me being me i searched up his snap and to my surprise it popped up again. When an hour ago it wouldn't pop up for nothing even though other ppl with his first name were. Now idk if i should move on.
