How the SELECT Statement Works in MDX

How would you return "Total Sales for 2010"?
-The touple would reference both "2010" and "All Time"
How about "Total Sales for USA"?
-The touple would reference both "USA" and "All Geographies"
Thanks. I am new to MDX. Learning about MDX for last three days.So far wathced 10/12 free videos to learn about it. However in my opinion, this video complicated the concept of Tuple.
