Sometimes it is scary not knowing what is ahead of us and whether it will be good or bad. I found the original version of this up in Big Lots yesterday and it emotionally helped me to hear this. I just broke up from a toxic relationship that damaged my friendship with a good friend that always had my best interests in mind. My friend has told me over and over that hes forgiven me but I was still nervous about him still being upset with me. This song helped me stop worrying about that and focus more on how much of an amazing friend hes been to stick with me through everything.
I’m glad you have a friend like him and that you’re out of that relationship. I can relate. It’s hard at first but once that hard part is over, my gosh is life beautiful. This song gives me that feeling ☺️
