How to get this software
I think for square pitch i.e. OD 254 & Pitch 254 or OD 304.8 & Pitch 304.8 then degree of wedge is same for this two augers.

No. Pitch is changing according to the mold.
@@Designer36Thanks Sir..According to this formula I am thinking tan¥ = Pitch / (3.14 x D)
tan¥= 1/3.1416
Therefore
¥ = 17.65 degree
And Same for all square Augers.
If you think it's true, go ahead.
But I can't make any comments. My method is different.

thank you. It took me about 5 years to solve the mold. It will take you a while. :) The reason I share this video is to speed up the research of the researchers.I will share more information about the pattern based on the watched rate and the number of subscribers.
Sure do... It's a much needed one and a mystery too.... I also need it so badly and will be helpful if I know just upto 600 Dia OD..... THANKS mate for the video and you have done a superb work in replicating it....
