This was so good! I often struggle with the concept of independence and the shame of I feel with asking for help. But everyone needs help at some point ❤
Congrats to the whole production team on this spectacular short which entertains & educates. I loved the jokes & how the story makes us all aware on other people's circumstances. I used to offer help/support, but just because I became aware on that independence goal, sometimes I wait until the person asks first. I don't get uncomfortable if the person says no upon my offer; I understand why. Special congrats to Cesar Fion for his participation in this production, way to go! You're doing great!
Way to go!! For me, when I want to keep watching and seeing more of their stories I think that says a lot right there. If you produced a show I'd be waiting to tune in! I would love to see more of them/more films by you two... Great job Shane/Hannah!!!
Congrats guys. That defines small part of our difficulties. I saw what I feel most of the days. Some simple stuff that people don’t care about is really very big deal for us. Mostly they don’t understand. I got tired with fighting people for disabled park places at work or malls. They need to be educated but most of them are dead ducks…
Brilliant! I hope this gets mass exposure, well the film I mean, not the folks peeing, please don't expose them, lol. ;D Take it to Sundance!!! Bravo!!!
Awesome job guys! Man, if that doesn’t tell not just us who are disabled it’s okay to ask for help but also to those who help such as Uber don’t throw our food outside of where specified bc there is a reason. Another big one is when you go to Walmart or grocery store and you get out of your vehicle after getting in wheel chair and accessing sidewalk only to be met with tons of buggies in your way filling the sidewalk bc people don’t want to take them to receptacles
Nice job on the film everyone❣️ I hope it gives others some perspective on how to be most helpful while not overstepping. I know I love to help others so if you were to ever ask me, it would be a blessing and an honor to offer a hand if I could. I also use a w/c so I know the inner conflict of wanting independence versus needing assistance sometimes. I try to look at it as a blessing to the person I trust to ask and they are never put out when I do need some help. I hope you win an award for this great short film❣️ Much love, admiration & respect, ~Christina in NH ❤️ 🩷 ❤️
Great, short, everyday dilemmas to solve. Enjoyed watching. Was shocked by some of the language in the beginning…. sounded like the “F” word and other ones too. Hopefully it was just poor sound! Anyway, clever concept and looking forward to more situations. Good job Shane & Hannah! God bless y’all. ❤❤CarrieJo/NC😊
Most excellent! Congratulations Cosmo and team!
Loved this!❤ I want to see more of these two characters, please! (GREAT job. SHANE & HANNAH- ❤ you both)
You should be proud! Thank you so much for your support! ♿
Love the film’s lighthearted perspective on serious topics such as ableism and vulnerability of asking for help. The two performers were magnificent.
You should make this into a full movie. I would watch it. It was good. 😂
Excellent. Funny. Hip. It would be cool if this short was made into a series.
This was so good! I often struggle with the concept of independence and the shame of I feel with asking for help. But everyone needs help at some point ❤
