    Love this era of fashion! I'm currently restringing some original 1920s Egyptian revival beads and wanted some inspiration on the look. I now think I need to go much longer! Thank you!

    I was a little disappointed that you didn't point out that the Egyptian pashmina was perfect because anything Egyptian was IN...because of King Tut's tomb...just sayin'.

      Many thanks, I've been looking for "flapper dress pattern plus size" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Panadarson Flapper Falbala - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my co-worker got cool success with it.

      This was great, been searching for "flapper dresses in 1920s" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Panadarson Flapper Falbala - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.

    fun video, but the heavy make up was for film stars so that it would show up on camera. most women wouldn't have worn such extreme makeup (apart from prostitutes)

    When i look at women's 1920s into the early 1930s dress in photos and in movies it looks comfortable , freed from the internal organs damaging , extremely tight laced & tied girdles around the waste of the Victorian and Edwardian eras . is this the case ? please, any and all, replies !

    • @princesssparkle529
      @princesssparkle529 Před rokem +1

      Women still wore corsets and girdles in the 20s. And they aren't internal organ damaging, or extremely tight laced....thats assuming every women was an idiot. Or everyone... because men also wore them...
