About the achievements part, there's an software u can download, and after turning it on you can basically boost hours without turning on the game and get all the achievements of all the games on steam, so I think that's how he got them all (also you can't get banned for that)
you see this best on mirage, dust 2 is deathmatch with spawnpoints. on mirage you win the first 4-5 rounds no problem then somehow you start getting destroyed

My favorite part is that he'd claim everyone in matchmaking is cheating, and after getting killed in actual peeks, or just holding a bad corner, he'd say they're hacking, and toggle it on. Dude was IMPOSSIBLE at admitting mistakes. Stopped playing with him, and then in a call he mentioned how trans people are terrible people, and then I stopped talking with him.

Most cheats have movement tools & some cheats even have COMPLETE grendade line ups to land 100% perfect smokes. they just stand in the spot and the cheat client will do the rest walk throw, jump throw, under throw, you name it. cheats will do it perfectly. A LOT of people cheat these days with inventories and steam profiles with high levels. You can't exactly tell when someone is using a legit cheat unless you've cheated previously and know what some signs are.

About the achievements. There are allot of things that can explain the achievements. What i think happened (because so many on the same day), is achievement manager (which basically lets you earn the achievements you want, and also like de-earn achievements). Or because they have allot of hours, they might have gone for them with the workshop maps. The achievements aren't actually that hard if you use commands and workshop maps.
I used to test scripts for achievements just to try some exploits on steam, but even tho some people have done it, you shouldn't use them, its wrong and not fair for others.

i mean this guy is clearly walling and maybe aiming. but just because they prefire/preaim/hit lucky shots doesn't mean they are cheating, best to check the demo and watch from their perspective first. you can quite easily preaim with gamesense and prefire based on sound cues or info or whatever. but these things you learn by playing, so no point losing confidence over it :D

i also have all achievements. a few years back there were alot of Workshop maps specifically for achievements that you could just play and it counted for steam achievements.

Yeah csgo achievements are really easy to get when using workshop maps so having 167/167 dont tell nothing if you think is someone cheating or not.

i also have all achievements. a few years back there were alot of Workshop maps specifically for achievements that you could just play and it counted for steam achievements.
This is how SEA Servers looks like and to experience with. And indeed, the server is filled with Chinese players located in taiwan, hong kong and Singapore; in which 80& of them are cheaters, togglers etc.

Some of them are lost forever, you can’t do them anymore, so it’s impossible for a relatively new player to do them

For future reference, there are lots of maps that can give you all achievements on the same day, so it doesn't really mean anything. (At least there used to be, I did it many years ago now).
As for the achievements u can get all of them with the Steam Achievement manager. like I did for those that I cant get anymore.
