500grm mutton mince
1/2 tsp black pepper corn
1tbsp Dry coriander
1tsp white cumin seeds
1tsp black cumin seeds
1mace flower
1cinemon stick
4,5 White Cardamom
2,3, black cardamom
small piece nutmeg,ur choice
all spices dry roast
coriander leaves
some mint leaves
6,7, garlic cloves
1, inch Ginger piece
3,4, green chilli
1, tsp turmeric powder
1,tsp salt
5,tbsp curd
cooking oil
mustard oil or ur choice
3, medium size onion ruffle chopped
2,bey leaves
4, green cardamom
4, cloves
10, black pepper corn
1, cinemon stick
fresh peas 1cup,or frozen peas
some soya leaves
some dry fenugreek leaves

I've now settled in goa, but had a lovely life in mumbai since birth till 2000year. Almost 40 years im Mumbai, every sunday after church visitations I and my friend's loved eating kheema brun pav in irani restuarants at andheri Jogeshwari malad mumbai central cst marinelines etc.
