Blonde's name is Bekka Bramlett. She sang co-lead in Fleetwood Mac in the 90s and back up for Faith Hill and many others. She's the subject of "I Saw Red" by Warrant.

I looked up the title of the song in a dictionary. Head over heel means turn everything around. Personally I take it like people in long relationship starts to sprit in two and two separated ones are back as one togehter. I feel that's the song all about. The relationship. The band is horrible and that's one of the worst cameramen jobs ever. Belinda was great as usual
