Dream Theater: "Pale Blue Dot" ISOLATED DRUMS (From March 2020)

Hi everyone! PLEASE READ; IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO FOLLOW!
As I mentioned a little while back, I tried and failed to dispute a claim held up by The Orchard Group regarding my "Pale Blue Dot" Drum Cover, and the video is blocked worldwide. As a workaround, I dug into my archives and found the raw, unedited camera footage I used from the cover.

Note that this video and all of my content fall under the US Copyright Act of 1976: Copyright Disclaimer under section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for “fair use” for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, education, and research.

Hi Ben, if you remember I had the same thing with Barstool Warrior. My dispute failed too and was rejected. In the end I emailed The Orchard Group direct (they have a disputes email address) and within a few days, the track was reinstated and has been up ever since. More than that, other Barstool Warrior covers which had also been taken down were reinstated. Something to try? Hope it helps! Great playing here btw. 👍👏

Thank you as always!! I DO remember, yes! In this case, everything seems to have resolved itself; the original video is back up. At the least, this one's here now JUST in case :P I didn't send an email to The Orchard Group just because I've been busy elsewhere (and totally forgot about it after a while :P), but the algorithm underneath seems to have resolved itself.
