I read comments under a video of this couple that asked why parts of the video were sped up, as if the guy were a cartoon, and someone commented back, "Nothing was sped up. Thomas IS a cartoon." Gotta agree with that. Too many WOW-moments to reference. This is just a must-watch for jazz and lindy dancers.
Brilliant! You can always rely on these two for a clever and witty performance...I just love the role reversal around 2.20 when Alice swings Thomas out!
Im impressed with the way she moves even with that dress on. Granted its slit most of the way up but it still has to be constricting. And doing this in high heels. Way to go both of you.
I know I'm going to get a lot of negative feedback from my words due to its criticism, but everyone's a critic, right? Two of the most important things I saw that were clear here were that both had a great time dancing together and they did their routine well. The only thing I have to say about this is that I didn't see a single basic swing out. I assume since this is called the International Lindy Hop Championships, there should be a swing out somewhere.
This is the most innovative couple in Lindy that I have the pleasure of experiencing. Their classes are always loads of fun.
Amazing dancers. Wonderfully simple and graceful whilst being complex at the same time. Pure joy to watch.....and watch again!
Not sure what the judges are smoking, but this is clearly the winning couple. Not even close.
Pure joy! The making of a true classic.
I can watch this a thoused times!! Great Great Great!! Love your creativity and playing with the music and acting! Wonderful!

I must have watched the part at 2:50 about a thousand times. Rewind, watch, repeat. And I still crack up.

Amazing!!!!
So lovely n Funiest clip ever! It was BongMi's recommened that's the reason why.
@gbius06 It appears to be an over-rotated swingout. Also, he leads her out more straight back than normal and adds that fancy stomp at the end.
I LOVE YOU!
