  • Bicol express recipe
    1 kilo pork shoulder
    10pcs green chilies
    5 red chilies
    4 cloves garlic
    1 whole onion
    2 cans coconut milk
    2 tbsp alamang
    2 tbsp vinegar
    1 tbsp patis ( fish sauce )
    1 tsp hondashi ( pork cubes or magic Sarap )

    Nasubukan ko yung giniling mo,grabe sarap na sarap asawa kung hapon SAKTO sa panglasa nila.gusto ko ito try pang benta nmn hehe❤thank you for sharing po😊

      @@rosendaderobles5163 talaga po? good to hear that. Tingin ko po masarap yung luto nyo kasi nakarating na ng US ung version nyo. Kung mahilig po kayo magluto, magupload n rin po kayo pra maishare po ntin yung kaalaman natin sa pagluluto. :-)

      Fair advice, kompletuhin po ang gusto nyo pong iparating. Mas maigi pong sabihin kung san ka po banda naguluhan at bakit ka naguluhan. Kasi po napaka-vague po kasi kung sasabihin nyo lang po na naguluhan po kayo. Unless po nagjojoke lang po kayo.

      Basically po kasi ang bicol express is more on alamang po, yung pork is pang (bangot) sahog lang sya. Then kayo na bhala sa chillies. Pero here in bicol po mas maraming sili yung nilalagay.
