Hey sis amazing recipe as always. Just wanted to say, better to buy the plant based cleaners.. Method is a good one, cleans perfectly and not expensive. The Dollar Tree cleaners are loaded with chemicals you don’t want to use on your cutting boards and counters or anywhere. Or vinegar and water will also clean just as well. :)
I understand but I use dish detergent as well and it works for me. I use method as well to though.

Cliff I'm so sorry you're having stomach issues I hope you feel better soon but your wife is right maybe u do need to detox your body. I know when my tummy gets to feeling a little wonky 😂 that's an indication to me that I need to cleanse my body of all the bad toxic heavy rich foods I have put in it , not saying that that's your issue I'm just speaking on what happens with me at those times.
Donisha this pasta looks delicious 😋 I don't even care that it ain't "traditional" rasta pasta cause baby I love me some pasta . Thank you for this a new recipe for me to try and follow to recreate for my family but either I'm gon do it before Monday or next month cause this 21 day Daniel fast I'm bout to do on my channel restricts all these ingredients except maybe the veggies and the use of whole grains pasta, only thing is I'm a bit scared of whole grains pasta only because I've never cooked with it, don't know how to cook with and I'm a scared of the taste being totally different from what I'm used to lol.
