Documentary of Balawan College, Umsning

This documentary is the creation of Shri. Pyndaplang Rangtong who is one of the Present Students studying in First Semester batch 2024-25. It is part of his co-curricular studies in ‘Video Editing’ in El ELyon Institute and Submitted to be the property of Balawan College. It is a kind of flashback to those early years of struggles culminating with the present era of the students, teaching and non-teaching staff.
